Breath Work

Breath is life, and there are many types of breathing that open us up to living  an awakened, healthful life. Often times in the world we live in, breathing takes conscious effort because life circumstances sometimes catches us short of breath.  Conscious deep breathing is one of the most simple ways to calm and connect the mind, body and spirit.  These sessions teach us how to use our breath in a variety of ways to inspire, empower, relax and bring us into a still centered state or even a conscious sleep state. The  end result being the ability to better deal with daily stresses, frustrations, fears and challenges.

Meditation

The clearing and relaxation of the mind, bringing the body into deep relaxation by slowing the breathe and heart rate.  Deep meditation brings the body into the delta state (the deepest state experienced during sleep) and therefore may help to slow the aging process. It also reduces stress, lowers blood pressure and allows you to connect with your true self, where answers to challenges you face can sometimes appear out of nowhere.
