Meditation

 A mind discipline that allows the clearing  and relaxation of the mind, bringing the body into deep relaxation by slowing the breathe and heart rate. Deep meditation brings the body into the delta state (the deepest state experienced during sleep) and therefore may help to slow the aging process. It also reduces stress, lowers blood pressure and allows you to connect with your true self, where answers to challenges you face can sometimes appear out of nowhere. It allows you to be clear, without the mind chatter that so many times confuses us as to the right choices for our lives. A variety of techniques are used based on what you need as an individual or group.
